Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Timber Insurance is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer complaints. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer complaints. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
