Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (El Paso, TX)

Amberfield Birch Telecom is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing accounts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
