Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Meridian Inspection Services Partners is an inspection company in El Paso with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
