Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Detroit, MI)

Bright North Insurance is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
