Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Detroit, MI)

Bluepeak Bridge Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Detroit area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tickets. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
