Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Detroit, MI)

Nova Meridian Health is a healthcare provider in Detroit with clinics and support teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient education. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
