Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Des Moines, IA)

Rivermark Mill Care Services Partners is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Des Moines. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 696 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
