Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Haven Staffing and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
