Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Des Moines, IA)

Fernwood Keystone Care Services provides in-home and community support in Des Moines, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client records. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
