Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Des Moines, IA)

Clearpath Fox Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Des Moines. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
