Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove West Facilities and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supply orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
