Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Lantern Learning Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Families are partners. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to attendance records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on attendance records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
