Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Denver, CO)

Northwind Drift Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Denver, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to safety inspections. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
