Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Oak Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Denver area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to reviews and feedback. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
