Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Denver, CO)

Foxglove Ridge Property Management manages apartment communities around Denver, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to unit turnovers. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
