Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Denver, CO)

Silverline Cedar Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Denver. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
