Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Dallas, TX)

Summit Thistle Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Dallas. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
