Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Dallas, TX)

Cedar Clear Legal Group provides legal services in Dallas across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to trust accounts. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on trust accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
