Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Dallas, TX)

Summit Bright Housing manages affordable housing communities across Dallas. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
