Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Dallas, TX)

Northwind Maple Housing manages affordable housing communities across Dallas. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
