Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Dallas, TX)

Bright Umber Inspection Services is an inspection company in Dallas with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
