Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Dallas, TX)

Northwind Rook Financial is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to regulatory reports. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
