Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Columbus, OH)

Ironwood Nest Community Partners Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
