Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Harbor Care Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
