Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Columbus, OH)

Foxglove Ivory Facilities is a facilities company in Columbus with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to work orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
