Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Columbus, OH)

Greenridge Amber Property Management Partners looks after rental homes across the Columbus area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent collection. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
