Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Rivermark Nest Community Partners is a Colorado Springs charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
