Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Rowan Banking Services Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fraud alerts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
