Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Lumen Stone Facilities is a facilities company in Colorado Springs with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
