Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Junction Housing Partners and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease compliance. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease compliance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
