Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Wilder Insurance Partners sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to premium billing. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on premium billing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
