Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Sable Markets is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 379 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier deliveries. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
