Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Junction Financial is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account servicing. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on account servicing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
