Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

Summit Haven Learning Group is an education provider in Cincinnati serving students and families, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to attendance records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
