Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

Cedar Amber Insurance Group is an insurance company in Cincinnati with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
