Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

Silverline Union Inspection Services is an inspection company in Cincinnati with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
