Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

Highbridge Birch Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Cincinnati area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 71 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
