Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

Fernwood Quill Legal Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to court deadlines. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
