Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ember Housing and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
