Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

Summit Haven Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Cincinnati area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 89 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
