Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

Cedar Lakeside Health Group is a healthcare provider in Cincinnati with clinics and support teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 400 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to insurance authorisations. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
