Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

Bluepeak Thistle Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Cincinnati, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
