Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

Foxglove Maple Housing manages affordable housing communities across Cincinnati, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
