Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

Highbridge Rook Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Cincinnati with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to store inventory. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on store inventory. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
