Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

Westbrook Loom Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident events. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident events. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
