Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Clear Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Cincinnati area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
