Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Chicago, IL)

Highbridge Oak Hospitality is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 495 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
