Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Charlotte, NC)

Ironwood Fox Community Partners runs community programmes across Charlotte, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
