Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Silverline Nest Staffing and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 882 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
