Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Charlotte, NC)

Ironwood Stone Environmental Services Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
